    Heat pad was as described. Unfortunately it came with a two pin euro plug not three pin UK plug. Seller had no heat pads with three pin plug in stock, so seller gave me a partial refund to cover the price of a converter. In the end I got it rewired to a three pin plug, as I don't like the converters.

    I ordered this twice. first, it was never delivered. They didn't explain and just refunded my money. I ordered again and it arrived stale and stuck together because they didn't close the bag properly. The tea is effective though when delivered fresh
