Communication and transparency was fantastic from the beginning. Tracking of shipment was superb and the item arrived a day early. Packaging was also superb. The laptop was setup with OS as described and seller included instructions that stated charging for an hour before setup - perfect. There was even a link on the Desktop for setting up the 1 year warrantee. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

The packaging was fantastic. I had to actually look specifically for the wear on the laptop so the description was accurate but actually was in better shape than I expected. Comes with warranty, and free returns. Arrived very fast. Great deal for the specs on this as well. Looks great. Booted up immediately and simple to set up. Great quality item for a refurbished one. Great experience
