  Spoke with the shop owner about this order. I must say, the communication was prompt and my trommel was located. It was a minor misunderstanding on my end as I wasn't aware that the 4 stack gold cube trommel combo was shipped as a whole unit. The cube showed up as box 1 of 1 without the trommel. A bit concerning to me as I had ordered/paid for the combo. Little did I know, the items are shipped separately and UPS had not sent me notification of this. It's a week later and my trommel is due today

  Seller did not directly communicate reasons for orders cancellation. Claimed shipping address was incorrect as reason for cancelling order. Address is military FPO/ AP address. Sellers ad did not list this as a shipping restriction. Received a full refund.

  Have not had a chance to use the coil, but I am sure it will be very useful. The seller was very helpful and the only problem I had was the shipping company sent the package to the wrong address. The seller corrected the problem ASAP.
