  The item I purchased came brand new just a described in a small zip lock plastic bag, inside a bubble wrap paper package. It came at a reasonable price and arrived in a weeks time as expected.   Such a great selection of MTG cards at great prices. Combined postage at $0.10 each extra card was transparent. I ordered 20+ cards. They were well protected and came in a parcel box with tracking. Postage was quick. What a great seller!
