Helmet and pricing is good but shipping was strange , sent tracking for ups and did not arrive as advertised in listing . Helmet came a few days late and delivered by fed ex . Seller messages me that Helmet is coming from Janesville wisconsin ( which is why I ordered from as I live about 100 or so miles from there ) but it was sent from Texas. They need to get that part straight . I'll give positive rep. This time but not the next .

The item arrived damaged due to mishandling by the shipping carrier, but the seller responded quickly once I provided evidence of the damage. They issued a full refund with no hassle. Great customer service and communication. Really appreciated their professionalism and support. Will absolutely buy from the again.

It arrived and was fair priced but it seems to be defective. Seller was good with communication but required the original packaging which was discarded and not available to help with any return or replacement.

Purchased a helmet, received wrong color. Two weeks of back and forth emails and pictures of wrong item, they blamed their supplier. Another week later they sent me an RMA without explanation. After prompting from me, they indicated I should send the wrong item back and repurchase the correct item for almost $50 more than the original purchase. I have expressed if the correct item is available, they should send it with an RMA. They seem to ignore good faith already put forth by customer.
