    Well. From the supplier fantastic. No issues there. From Evri. Bit of a let down as they lost track of the delivery. Good news even kept me updated. Found the parcel and re delivered it. All be it 4 days late. Great comms on delivery and it arrived second attempt. Cannot complain. Great service. Thanks

    Item was described as brand new (other) but I can’t see why. It seems brand new to me. All original items were in the box, leaflets, stickers the lot. Box didn’t even appear to be damaged though it had been opened perhaps only to put the sellers dispatch note in. Price was excellent compared with Swanns own website and other “traditional” sellers. Would use again definitely.

    Fantastic company to buy from. Customer service is superb and special thanks to HAS who sorted the problem that eBay caused. I have bought from this company for many years now and own 2 camera systems which I have updated and changed over the years with the help from there technical people. I’ve now bought a third system which is again top quality competitively priced and exactly as described. Many thanks to a great eBay seller.

    Good fast service, item as described but arrived with the LED lens cracked. Contacted the seller who sent a return label and sent a replacement camera. Very good service.
