    My package was shipped less than twenty-four hours after I had placed my order. My items were well packed and arrived in perfect condition, as described. The dealer, BIGMANTIM TREASURES, gave me a great price for my ornaments, and included shipping in the base price. I am looking forward to our next encounter.

    Item arrived without incident, was packed against potential damage, is exactly as the seller's posting described and detailed, and both the purchase price and shipping were very fair.     Easy transaction. Seller contacted me about a change in a product’s condition before finalizing the sale, and I appreciate the honesty. Items were individually and carefully wrapped and the shipping box indicated contents were fragile. Thank you for the consideration and courtesy!

    The price was right with free shipping. Upon opening I found this box had been opened at some time (possible return?). The cushions were still vacuum sealed but the covers were out of the plastic wrap. The seat cover had a large rip at the seam. I contacted the seller and they offered to let me return or partial refund for repair. I took the refund, it’s been repaired, and it looks great. Even though it wasn’t exactly as described I’m giving 5 stars. The seller promptly made it right!!
