  It is rare now days to find someone that offers the level of customer service as BigGoods. Especially for an online reseller. I can not say enough great things about their competitive pricing, fast shipping, and CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a small issue and they took care of me right away. No questions asked.   Ordered 15kw heater, came 18kw. Would keep it but was to strong for my house, dont have 380w unfortunately. Had to return. Quick delivery. Heater looked good, steady, good quality.. unfortunately didn't had a chance to try. Customer service from begining to the end 5*, all straight forward. Communicated on ebay acc messenger. After receiving return label and return item to seller warehouse (10th June) two days later got my refund. Thanks to team, was nice to deal with. Would recommend.
