  Bike was well and thoughtfully packed and arrived safe and sound. The bike itself was exactly as it had been depicted in the photos. At my behest, the seller sent me a photo of part of the bike which had been mentioned in the description but which was not among the posted photos. They also added text to the picture to make sure the area of interest was clearly indicated. All in all, I would unhesitatingly purchase another bike from this seller. Highly, highly recommended - buy with confidence!

  I have been very impressed with the support I received from Scott and team at BbicycleBlueBook. The condition of the bike did not match the description and they supported me working with a local bike shop to restore the bike to advertised condition. Communication was prompt and positive. Best customer service experience that I can remember. Next time I'm looking for a used bike I will certainly look at what they have in stock.

  Bicycle Blue Book is a great seller. The price of the bike was very competitive, the packaging of the bike was excellent as well. The communication on shipping was solid through FedEx. I have 0 complaints about the quality of the bike and all aspects of dealing with them. I’d trust buying another bike through them.

  Bike was shipped quickly and was exactly as described in the listing. It was in perfect condition minus the blemished that were clearly noted in the listing. The price was great and the bike came well packaged with no damage.
