    I am delighted with this seller. I received the item much earlier than estimated. It is also of high quality and I am very satisfied. I've had a very good experience overall on eBay in the last month, and I recommend eBay as well. I used to buy from Amazon as it is very convenient and professional, but I have to say that eBay is just as good as Amazon! I thank this seller for the very good experience. Thank you!

    Apparently it was sent, then courier lost it, then it was marked dispatched again but after 5 days it still wasn't taken to the courier, I then opened a case and it was taken! Then after 6 days it still didn't arrive. Ebay fulfilled the money back guarantee and refunded. Then it finally did arrive after and it was broken lol, the device wouldn't connect to the WiFi. Avoid this seller, I've been buying and selling on ebay for 13 years and this was the single worst experience I've had! Awful

    I originally wanted to send the item back because I had trouble getting the item set up I had chose the option of it being defective because I had no other option to pick for having troubles setting it up. The seller immediately contacted me and tried his best to help me get it set up he was very communicative and was very helpful so there was nothing wrong with the item. I just didn’t know how to set it up
