  Firstly, the seller did not contact me to ask whether I wanted 21G, 22G, or 23G cannula after stipulating ANY 5 piece. Secondly, items arrived in a very dirty box. Although they still need to be sterilised, the packaging could have been better suited for instruments that are going into people's eyeballs!

  Hello sir,sorry to interrupt youwe accept our mistake, and sorry for thatbut if you can see thier is a option of any 5 piece and different gauges are available then You also have a responsibility to send me a message once that ,which gauge you want ?you can't complain like this..thank you please reply..

  Since my first purchase, I have been harassed by the seller to remove my negative post! I agreed to purchase another item at a discount and to remove the post if the service improved. After purchasing the item (which has yet to be delivered), the seller then refused to send the item, saying since I didn't remove my negative post, why should they send the item? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I definitely want a refund, and would not purchase anything further from this seller...EVER!
