    Not as described. Listed as new however both heating baseboards had scratches and abrasions. One had rust the other didn’t even have the original box. Returned both. Seller agreed to accept the return then only refunded half the money back. Seller cheated me out of $140.90. Unfortunately I can only add 5 photos. Plenty more scratches and blemishes to show. I have been an eBay member for almost 18 years and never had a problem like this. Very dishonest seller. I don’t recommend this seller.

    A+ Seller, Dealer Code was change and new code unknown so panel is useless. Seller replaced the board with the next model and had the Dealer code for it. Steve was responsive and understanding and made things right. I Would buy from him again....stand up Guy! Once the default dealer code is changed and the new code is lost...Napco says system is trash. I believe the PROM could be replaced with the original programming to fix this but Napco does not sell a replacement.
