They bought a product, complained it only had 2 months left to use it (we advertised this in 3 places) & then opened a returned making believe they didnt know what they purchased. They then sent back EMPTY packages to us & wanted a full refund. They claimed they didnt touch the product in the return details. But they kept the actual items. eBay covered us by removing their comment but left the bad reviews. eBay makes ZERO sense
