  Honestly, I was a bit nervous to spend such a large amount on an overseas seller, but the seller was legit. They responded to messages quickly, sent the item right after payment, and it arrived about a week after purchase with signature required. Item was packaged well for international shipping and was in good condition, exactly as seen in the photos. And I got to practice my Japanese lessons on the newspaper comics that were included as space filler/padding in the box, so that was cool.
