    Livraison telle que prévue, la pièce bien emballée dans le sac anti statique et dans une boîte. J’ai dû communiquer avec le fournisseur, manque de document pour l’installation mais Matthieu me répondait assez rapide par courriel. Le document bien expliqué alors je n’ai qu’à suivre les instructions. L’écran entrait parfaitement à sa place, sans soudure, sans percement avec un peu de travail. À conseiller pour remplacer soi même

    Purchased a replacement screen twice (ND5 XS and Unity 2): very good product, excellent communication, pre sales as well as afterwards. Manual is delivered on USB and is very clear how it must be installed. Delivery within 1 week to The Netherlands. Would not hesitate to buy one again if another Naim screen fails.

    I bought the screen for my Uniti Qute 2, but after I installed it, I noticed 2-3 lines at the top of the screen were not displaying properly. I contacted B-Elec and without hesitation the seller offered to send me another new screen, which I also now received and installed, and everything works perfectly. I attach below photos of a) now, and b) before, for clarity. Thank you for your excellent service B-Elec.

    Took a week or so to be delivered but was well packed. An original Naim replacement. Instructions come on an enclosed USB stick a PDF file.
