    I reluctantly did not leave NEUTRAL or NEGATIVE feedback regarding the packing security given that three of the six insulators came broken when I opened the package that arrived today in hopes you will make things right. SEE ATTACHED PHOTO OF THE (3) BROKEN INSULATORS. Please reply letting me know what corrective action (s): replacements or partial refund. Respectfully, Gregg Joss
