    I ordered this item from an on line tool shop over 1 month ago in Yeovil they took my money then sent me an email saying that they didn't have it in store and it could be at least 5 days before they have them in, I thought that was very bad practice when I saw these on Ebay available in 3 days I decided to order it and cancel the previous order and get a refund, well done for this seller..thanks.

    The item arrived quickly, but was not packaged very well. The connectors had bent where it had been bashed about in the box. Otherwise, happy with purchase, great price and as described.

    Part arrived quickly even after contact from seller stating out of stock. Given option of a refund but declined as BD Tools are on the ball with these things. Top quality item in brand new condition and manufacturers packaging. Good value .

    Good product and good service at an affordable price. The items bought work well and are a perfect fit for the tool and my requirements. There was a little confusion on the delivery which was resolved quickly and efficiently by the seller and at no additional cost to myself. Everything arrived within the 1 week as stated.     The item is as described. However, frustratingly, there are no sanding pads for the finger included. This isn't mentioned in the description and despite having messaged the seller twice, they never responded to let me know. If only I had known, I could've ordered some. At the moment I'm now going to have to wait a few days in order to get the right pads to complete the job I needed it for. Just a little bit of response from the seller regarding my messages would've been so appreciated!
