  Despite the ‘gorilla handlers’ at the shipping service(see photos), the Bretonne Lady arrived unscathed and as described/pictured. Carefully packaged in bubble wrap, I hope saved the Lady from further damage. This is no fault of the seller and I appreciate their efforts in wrapping. She is in need of repair and I knew this I when I purchased her. A cheaper price, a good value, and I enjoy restoring these pieces - all things encompassing my purchase.

  Perfect transaction. Seller was very quick in responding to questions prior to purchasing. They shipped out promptly, professionally packaged the bottles in a sturdy, heavy duty box and the detergents came in fine in below freezing weather. Very pleased. Would recommend!

  The item arrived in good condition, and appeared as it did in the advertisement. It was priced right, and the product was recommended to a friend by her vet, so I’m sure it is a quality product. The box was a bit ragged, but that was how it looked in the advertisement. I would definitely recommend this seller.

  Had a little mix up... they were very quick to reply and fix the issue. Not a bad experience at all. Shipping was quick. Packaging was very secure. And the price was perfect. I would definitely do business with this seller again.

  The seller could work on communication. This beer sign was listed without any dimensions, so I sent the seller a message to ask about the size. He never answered my question but instead sent me an offer for a discounted price. I took a chance and accepted his offer and I'm glad I did. Not only was the sign the size I expected based on similar ones I own, but the quality was excellent. (made in Germany and not some thin, cheap Chinese repop). I would buy from this seller again.

  Great find. Packaging was well done. Shipped very quickly. One description left out was the tail tip was broken when I opened the box. Not sure if it snapped during shipping or seller forgot to indicate that the tail tip was broken. Either way, I'm happy to have spent the money on this. Replacement tail tips are a dime a dozen so not the worst thing.
