  The item (Justin Case Deluxe Safety Kit Black) was priced $10 + free shipping when I ordered it on 7/9/2025. The next day (7/10) I received notification of a refund, but with no explanation. No item was ever delivered to me. I don't know what happened, but I did verify that a refund was received on my credit card statement.

  Allure Eau de Parfum (not Eau de Toilette as advertised) received promptly in good condition. After purchase but prior to shipment, I exchanged several messages with the seller about the difference between what was advertised vs. what we purchased. My wife made the final decision that the Parfum was acceptable since it was a higher percentage strength than the Toilette.

  Purchased an oil filled radiant heater (new, unopened). While the box was not in bad shape, apparently it was roughed up during shipping and the oil was leaking out of the box. Contacted the seller and he promptly issued a refund.
