When confronted, he didn't offer an apology or offer to send me the correct item, instead, his attitude was I should be happy with the wrong item that he sent me. It seems lately, a lot of the sellers on eBay simply do not care about their feedback reviews nor their customers. "The power rating" was the capacity (mAh), it went from 2000mAh to 2500mAh. Better quality & superior performance. The listing was updated after buyer purchased; we no longer carry the cells to manufacture the battery that was on the original listing. We UPGRADED the Battery & UPDATED the listing that shows what we sell now. We shipped a PREMIUM battery at the original cost in which we have increased with the update. AVOID THIS BUYER!!
