Nothing! Company never responded to any of my multiple texts. Item never arrived after 2 weeks of tying up an substantial amount of my money being tied up to a company that never responded.This company needs an online representative "BADLY!!!!"Would never, ever use them again...

I am filing a claim- this company sent the wrong item without my consent and then when I said I would return, they agreed. I have sent the item, I have proof it was accepted at their facility and they have not issued a refund. I repeatedly have emailed them, which they continue to ignore.
