  Has to be one of the best sellers I’ve ever used on eBay. I saved a massive amount of money compared to new, and with 22 photos on the advert, it was exactly as advertised. It came in a proper laptop package and arrived at 11am next day by DPD. Thank you for making my 40th birthday a great one, not worried about getting old! I had a honest conversation with the seller about the one tiny mark, and when it arrived I couldn’t find it initially. I can’t say anymore than they are an elite seller.

  I'm very pleased with the whole process of buying this superb laptop. It arrived the next working day well packaged and in absolutely mint condition and unused as specified. The price was really good for such a high spec laptop. Communication with the seller has been excellent and I have received very helpful technical advice to help me set it up to my requirements. I have no hesitation in recommending the seller and his service and would happily purchase from him again. I highly recommend.

  Huge thanks to the seller for such a wonderful experience! The delivery was lightning fast, the packaging was beyond praise, and the quality of the goods was perfect, just as described. And when a small problem with the delivery arose, the seller simply amazed me with their speed! They called me back immediately, sorted everything out with the delivery company, and within half an hour everything was at my place! Now that's service – above and beyond expectations!

  The seller quality of the laptop is top notch and the condition is excellent as advertised and specified. The appearance is as good as new except few scratches at the bottom which is not noticeable. I really received value for my money. The seller was very helpful throughout the sale and sent it earlier than expected. I’m happy that it was delivered the next day in well packaged in pristine condition. I will surely buy from them again. I am Overall satisfied.

  Slight issue with the description as no LTE function when it arrived. Seller offered a full refund or a reduced price. The seller was responsive throughout the return. The item though was in excellent condition which I could not fault. Even though this didn't work out for me this time I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this seller if you need a laptop. Thanks for a superb return 👏

  Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon Gen 12 arrived quickly from the seller and was as described in as New Other/Open Box condition. I removed widows 11 pro and installed Fedora 42 KDE 6.4 with no issues and everything worked out of the box. I can therefore recommend the seller who provided good communication before and after purchase as I needed a VAT invoice which was provided.
