    The ribbon tie on arrived in perfect condition. The seller had a white and blue ribbon on her page, but it had just sold. She offered to substitute the brown and blue ribbon for a lesser price. Once I accepted, she processed a refund quickly and mailed the ribbon. Excellent service. Best price I found! She shipped along with a basket liner.

    A beautiful basket…packaged and shipped quickly and perfectly! The seller sent me a message, prior to shipping, when she noticed a flaw on the basket. She offered me a discount or full refund! I took the discount and I’m delighted with that decision, since the flaw is not that noticeable! I appreciate doing business with people like this!
