  Although there was a slight glitch in getting the remote to operate correctly. The seller did their utmost to solve the problems . firstly sending another remote to me and then issuing a full refund. I would happily recommend this seller as all their actions have been truly amazing and communication could not be faulted.

  I highly recommend this seller. The pricing was fair, I received the item in time, everything was great. I contacted seller to help me program the remote for my bed. They did an awesome job responding to me and providing me with the Owner's Manual so I can reference for any additional information I may need. TOTALLY HAPPY!!!

  Excellent quality item and exactly what I was looking for. Good value. Recommended seller. Please note I do not fault the seller for this, but the driver delivered the parcel by literally throwing it onto the porch. Luckily, the contents seem to work okay, unless the damage is hidden and will show up later
