You explained the item well in your description (RE retail box blemish due to sticker, but brand new item, so overall value when it comes to actual system integration of product and usage), were very prompt in responding during the Best Offer process of offers and counter-offers.     My Oladance Ear phones was securely packaged to provide excellent protection. Regarding shipping, the product was shipped in a timely manner and came on time. The product was just as it was described in the advertisement with all the accessories that were listed. I believe I got a bargain for the price of this product and I am enjoying it immensely. The communication and quality of service was five stars.

    Item arrived exactly as pictured and described - appeared to be in a box that was almost destroyed (which was as pictured in the listing) but with the item itself being in new condition. Although the shipping cost was a bit steep the overall value was still high! Item shipped within 48 hours and arrived early from the estimates. Overall a good experience! Would definitely buy again!

    The item was delivered today. Everything is as described, well-packaged. Reliable seller all round. I don't think it was caused by the seller, but the delivery took too long (around a month) and required customs clearance, which resulted in additional customs fee on my side.

    Item was exactly as described & well-packaged. I have no complaints with the item. I had one issue - shipment. Initial shipment was delayed for a few days after purchase. It ended up arriving 2 days later than the expected delivery date. The extra wait was annoying because I paid $20 for shipping. If it was free or at a lower cost, I would've been fine with it.

    My mistake, upon Clouser examination, the box appeared bent and had large slash across the front of box. Though the seller said it was sealed, that wasn't the question. It looked as something fell on it. not wanting to chance it, I asked to cancel, the seller was extremely helpful with my request. Thanks, recommend this seller without question wants to make the buyer happy.
