    WOW - WOW - WOW! I ordered this battery YESTERDAY morning! and just 27 hours later, it's at my front door! Shipped via UPS - NOT USPS! I sent messages to Seller about application into a Duracell DRPP600 Power Pack over the weekend, 1st thing Monday AM @ 6:15AM I had my 1st reply from them!! Very Courteous responses to my questions! I bought the "Open Box" battery to save money, not knowing if my Duracell PP even worked? Battery arrived with a full 12.9v, Fit Perfect! Works Perfect! A++++++

    Second set of these batteries I have purchased from this seller. First set in service for about 2 years and doing really well. Batteries are made in Vietnam. They are boxed in a double box of very heavy weight cardboard with foam in between two boxes. One box arrived with outer box beaten up but intact and inner box in pristine condition. Second battery arrived with outer box in good shape and inner box pristine. Both batteries arrived with excellent resting voltage of 12.94V.

    To the people reading this review: this seller is legit one of the most customer friendly people I had the pleasure of dealing with. Ordered a battery box (very well priced I might add) and there was a minor issue with one of the parts used for assembly. They responded to my query immediately and quickly shipped out some replacement parts.
