    Item arrived safe and securely packaged and on time. Unfortunately the unit didn't work in either of my computers, contacted seller via eBay and a returns postage label was issued and the refund processed within 24 hours. As far as I am concerned this is a seller than I would be happy to trade with again. Thanks

    Fast delivery, Item as described, looks well made but didn't improve DaB signal response in my poor reception area, spoke with makers tech support, not much help, another DAB paperweight? Seller (package opened), states as new unused, well it still is just glad I didn't pay rrp of £20 plus.

    The unboxed DVD player was faulty (wouldn't recognise the CD/DVD when inserted). I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a boxed replacement, which worked fine. They also spared me the hassle of having to send the faulty one back. Very good service.
