  I only use Genuine Brother toner in my machine. The price was great, so I ordered it. The toner arrive as described, still factory sealed in perfect condition in open factory box. The factory box was not damaged. It was securely packed in another box for shipping.

  The price and shipping was great. There was great communications with the seller after package was received. The alternator was damaged during shipping and as soon as I contacted the seller, I received a response. The issue was quickly resolved. Would do business with again.......Thanks

  Purchased this item last week and the transformer stopped working two days later. Contacted the seller and he responded to me, almost immediately. He apologize to me for the problem and sent out a new transformer for the light kit in a very reasonable period of time, at no cost to me. I received it today and installed it. We'll see how this one works out. As far as the seller, I would recommend purchasing from him basewd on my experience.
