  Royal Mail delivered the item approx 4 weeks after date shown on label it was posted, seller had already refunded and when I updated and requested an invoice he kindly waved the feee

  We offered to resend or refund. Customer requested a resend and a refund. We asked which they would prefer and they escalated the case with Ebay. Reported.

  Did not arrive on time due to the fact the post in our area has been disrupted,we have not received post for ten days (no postman) so it's not down to Bank Tackle. I have used before and will be using again and would recommend as a very good service.
