  Per seller factory sent wrong size item. They were 3in instead of 4in. The box was listed as 4in but only 3in was inside, maybe a honest mistake. Seller issued full refund after my feedback of 10/30/24. Just a few minutes after I sent it. Very quick action. Very good service from seller
