  Item arrived early (ordered 9 Oct, arrived 24 Oct) well packed and in good condition. Thank you very much to the seller! Haven't had a chance to play the discs yet, but will update if there are any issues :) (p.s. did not need to contact the seller, so did not rate that portion (seller communication).

  Before purchasing I specifically asked if this item came with both Japanese and English audio and subtitle options and the seller told me it did. When the item arrived I discovered that was untrue and the item had no English options at all. The seller offered to refund me half the cost but I convinced them to refund me the entire cost instead. That's the only reason I'm leaving neutral feedback instead of negative, though I was tempted to leave negative anyway since they wasted my time.
