Bailley's Closet was named after our pup we adopted seven years ago. We started this endeavor in hopes of doing this fulltime someday. My wife is a retired schoolteacher of 27 years and I have been in retail all my adult life.

    There was a mixup in which item was sent to me. But the seller kindly and promptly re-sent, AND refunded me for the delay: nor did they ask for the other item back. They were absolutely courteous, friendly, and very apologetic about the mix-up: the new item (which I HAVE received!) is exactly what I hoped for, and they ensured it got to me. I would absolutely buy from them again should I find something I need in their shop. They put the customer first, even if it would be to their detriment. 5⭐
