  the picture did not match the item description - so I took a chance that the item was as pictured - the title I actually wanted. Unfortunately, it was the item described - which I did not want. It arrived incredibly fast and was well packed, which was all good. I dropped them a line to highlight the issue and received an immediate refund, no questions asked. Exemplary service, superb Ebayer - correcting a mistake immediately and to my complete satisfaction. Will use again.

  What you see is what you get. With checkout complete, item securely packaged it was shipped swiftly. It really adds to the “eBay experience”, restoring your faith in people/eBay sellers when you’ve found something you like, and having checked the description, you need more information, or simply clarification on something, you ask the question(s), the seller then responds with a promptly: filling in the gaps. A very smooth transaction. I would purchase from this seller again. Thank you.

  Really good considering the age of it. Item received very well packaged. Just as described - ‘very good’. Would have been delivered within its due date but Royal Mail were to blame as they had it in the delivery office but didn’t send someone out to deliver that day. This is an issue with Royal Mail all the time so don’t always assume the seller didn’t send it. Good communication and highly recommend this seller.

  Brilliant service as can be expected from this seller! Books are always as described. NOTE: This seller offers 25% discount on a second book if ordered with another. However, if you order more than two they only apply one discount to the second item. So order only in pairs if ordering multiple books. It’s such a shame, given the quality and delivery they don’t apply the discount to the third or subsequent books. But I guess we can’t complain at these very reasonable prices.
