    Item arrived as advertised, real Steelcase product new from the factory. I got a custom color combo, but on this listing anything is. Seller didn't communicate order confirmed or anything, until I got a shipping notice 2 days before the end of the ebay estimated shipping window. Chair arrived right at the end of that.

    This transaction was seamless and easy! They were responsive on request and emails in less than 24 hours and I saved a little money by emailing with them. The shipping was faster than expected and they used a great and trustworthy company for delivery. Packaging was great and the item arrived on perfect condition and the quality is unmatched! I love my beautiful new chair and feel happy with the whole experience from start to finish :)

    I'm very satisfied with the chair seat and the item/shipping costs, but the item did not ship within the 2 business days promised in the listing (it actually took 6 business days to get it to FedEx), and I had to contact the seller to find out the status. Better communication from the seller pertaining to the deviation from the promised "ships within 2 business days" would have made my purchase rating 5 stars across the board. Other than that, I can recommend this seller.
