    The laptop power lead arrived I wanted a longer one. The sellers listing says different lengths available, but the seller has no way on his listings for a buyer choosing any other lengths than 1 meter lengths. I asked the seller how do I order a different length he just said I have a 1000 of these I just send whatever one I pull out of the box. So to me thats not a good way of selling on ebay really.

    Ordered a pink and blue kindle pad. Recieved 2 blue. Returned and then recieved a green one!! Seller saying no pink left however they're advertising it as still available but with a significantly increased price tag! Now being ghosted, they're ignoring my messages. Ebay will refund on return but then I can't reorder for same price. Terrible service all round!! Basically now stuck with a green pad for little girly granddaughter!

    Appalling customer service from this seller. When Echo Show arrived it had 3 holes in the canvas and wrong colour. We were promised another which was never posted and we eventually were offered a refund. In the messages it was stated we asked for a refund which was not the case, we wanted another Echo Show. We felt so annoyed that we had been treated in this way, hope eBay read this feedback and no one else is taken for a ride by this seller.
