Neither the seller nor I were pleased but luckily the seller had insurance and can file a claim. Despite having been dealt a less than ideal situation, the seller was quick to face the problem head on by taking the book back and issuing a refund with no complaints. I have saved this seller as one of my favorites and will surely do business with him again.
