  Item was as described and shipped quickly, it even arrived a day or two early but USPS put the package in the wrong locker. Delivery woes aside, seller provided adequate packaging and even accepted an offer for the item. I wholeheartedly reccomend this seller for their great service and value.

  What a great transaction! I accidentally ordered it shipped to my house instead of my granddaughter's for her 5th birthday...and they were able to contact me back right away, and a really nice human (no AI:-) understood my issue, and assured me and it arrived right on time for her birthday in Colorado. This could not have happened with a big company. Thank you so much. PS this was about 1/3 the price of new and probably better! I could afford the accessories too on eBay.
