    Very positive experience. The coffee set was packaged very carefully and neatly. Arrived in excellent time. The items were as described although one saucer has a chip. The price was reasonable.     Extremely quick delivery, excellent packaging, good price. I was a bit disappointed that the cap iron / chip breaker was missing but as it wasn't shown in the extensive photos I shouldn't have been surprised. Thanks very much, a positive experience.
