    Item was exactly as shown and described. The seller shipped promptly. However, I was not very impressed that this heavy item, which is in a plastic case, was shipped using only a thin plastic wrapper. No box, no packing, no protection against damage in shipping. I expected better. My item arrived with all of the little parts scattered about inside the plastic case, but luckily it does not appear there was any damage. This kind of tool deserves to be properly shipped in a box with packing.

    Seller found that the item was not available to send. Immediately contacted me to let me know and has refunded the purchase. Seller was wonderful to deal with and I will be looking at dealing with them again. Thanks for a very professional experience through the whole process.

    Excellent quality at a great price. Arrived quickly. Great communication. 5 star seller. Box was pretty badly damaged in transit so looked a bit rough. But it's new and works great.

    Quality A+for the price. Condition was missing parts due to damage during shipping. +++ contacted company and they sent me a brand new unit and all I did was sent pictures of the damage.
