  They don't pay for shipping when you want to return the old pump. So you won't get the deposit money.

  May I ask why you have purchased? In every item description we tell the buyer pays the shipping. Why do you believe shipping must be free? Or why do you believe we must pay shipping from and to Finland for this cheap price? Of course the buyer pays the products as well as the shipping. If a seller doesn't charge any shipping, you also pay the shipping. It is in the price. Our price is the price without shipping costs.
