  Seller asked if it was ok if 'they, the seller' cancelled the sale, since 'they' had sold the item to me for $4.00, instead of $119.95, which they said was a mistake. I said ok. BUT THEN they claimed 'I, the buyer' had cancelled, in order to avoid any strikes against 'them', not caring about any strikes against me. Rating should be a neutral or negative, but in that case they would be allowed to remove it, thus the positive.

  Product seems to be as described. Arrived quick. Ebay tracking never worked until it arrived but that's nothing against the seller. Happy with my purchase . Now just to get time to try it out and hopefully it will help me diagnose my engine trouble and save me lots of time.
