    I recommend this seller. Fair price charged for the item received. Item was packaged with care and quality. Item delivered in excellent condition. Great customer service from this seller. There was mix up with my order , a similar but incorrect item was shipped. As soon as I contacted them they sent out the correct item. The new item received was the correct item as described. I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

    Brilliant service from Auto Surplus! The price was the best around and the communication was much appreciated. I contacted for an ETA on the shipping times, and within the hour I received a reply saying my order would be shipped that day. It arrived through StarTrack within 24hrs and was securely wrapped.     The part I bought was packaged with the incorrect part number from the factory so was wrong. Seller rectified immediately and express posted the correct part even though it wasn’t their fault. Responded really fast and sorted even quicker. Will 100% use this seller again. Great service and price.

    Item arrived well packaged and only a couple of days after ordering (from Eastern States to WA). I'm still awaiting other sellers items. The only thing I noticed was that the advertised brand of the item (Durapro) was different to that was received (Permaseal) which may be an issue if one has chosen the item based on brand if that brand has a reputation for high quality, for example. Nevertheless the item was identical to that being replaced and I would expect the quality to meet OEM standards.
