  Fast shipping but the box was absolutely neat and tore up, and the shipper left my package inside the lobby next to the lockers, but not inside of one. Would’ve got stolen likely if I wasn’t home so I would recommend asking for a different shipping carrier, but the product itself had no issues and is exactly as stated.

  Seller was awesome!! Told me that my package was actually delayed even when I wasn't even checking the tracking at the time. Said to wait just another day and it did show up the next day. The product looked great no scratches or dents. Really great quality. Would come back again for other parts if needed. Also the price was great.

  Good seller but the shipping was not as advertised. Looks like the shipping company was the hold up not the seller. Took an extra three days to get it.

  Steps arrived with a few dents that didn't occur during shipping additionally, didn't fit as shown in the pictures. The middle step up is much to far forward and gets in the way of entering and exiting the vehicle. Overall, they will work for the short term and the company was very responsive and made it right. Which I appreciate. They don't look as they should on my 2025 Canyon but again will work for the time being.
