  I accidentally ordered this item based on the description, but after ordering I noticed that this wasn't the color temperature that I wanted, so I immediately asked Auto_LEDLamps for a refund before it shipped. After a few hours the refund was issued and there was no problem. I appreciate this seller's responsiveness even though I didn't technically buy from them, so I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

  Item was missing components. Said it would take long time to ship me the missing components, so offered refund that was... Not enough to cover one of the two missing. Haggled up enough to cover half what was missing - which was still a considerable amount given actual cost of item purchased. Would work with again.

  other than a shipping safu everything was fine and the seller was on top of getting my replacement as it was shipping company that damaged it but the seller got me some new parts right away... def recommend and will ship here again
