  Well, I would say positive, seller sent this to me using USPS and they lost it as usual. USPS always gives me bad experiences. I always look for sellers to give options like FEDEX,UPS, DHL etc... but this time no way to change the company. I had to buy one locally and seller refunded to me. Thanks =(

  The seller reached out to me and offered various compensations to compensate me for the inconvenience. They were moving locations at the time which was a special case impacting their service. It is clearly a company that goes the extra distance to make sure customers are fairly treated and that they care about their customers and delivering quality timely results.

  The first 4 pictures are the units I purchased from Ace auto compressor and the 5th picture is a compressor I purchased from a different eBay seller in CA for $99 dollars that was a complete fraud and wasn't rebuilt as posted on there eBay posts.. the compressor I purchased from Ace Auto Compressor is as described and definitely was remanufactured as posted. So far it holds the refrigerant as it should and doesn't make any funny noises. AAA + TRANSACTION!

  Item was as described. Unfortunately it did not work but they gave me a full refund. Did not give me any troubles I reached out and explained the situation. They apologize said send it back and we will refund you in full. Would def buy again.

  I couldn't find a compressor for my car (2008 Outback L.L.Bean) in Canada. The dealer wanted a fortune for one. Your compressor arrived inless than two weeks (last Friday), I had it installed on Monday, and the A/C has been working like new ever since. Thank you for your excellent service.
