  Very professional work team. I bought a screen for my Honda Civic and they immediately contacted me to verify if it would work for the car. In the end they couldn't send it to me because it wasn't in good condition by their standards and I really appreciate that because sometimes you buy something and it arrives broken and then they blame you or the carrier, but this team was always honest and preferred to lose money rather than send me something in poor condition. I recommend them 1000%.

  Great communication from seller. Contacted me to ensure part fit before it shipped. When the part arrived, I realized one feature I needed did not work. The seller responded immediately and covered return shipping. As a busy mother of little kids, I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again! It is clear they take their business seriously.

  Was shown photo of part I needed so I order get totally different part when I reach out to them tell me send photos and they will open a case?and if they were wrong they will send prepaid shipping label and refund my money once they verify part is still I good condition !So am I too pay for part they send me wrong part then I will send it back and they don’t return my money is the how it will play out no thanks !! Big negative on this place !!!!!

  Very bad service, no phone number no customer service. Probably 20 days to get your item. They take long time to answer messages not less than a day. Very high shipping cost for a weak service. They even didn’t know why the shipment is not moving and where is my item. Overall it’s my first and last time.

  Be prepared to not receive what is in the picture. After you bid you are then told the part is pulled from the vehicle after sale confirmation. but the picture is of a unit on a bench. So its for information purposes only. they did not respond to the request for the cables and the image was of a unit with a master cylinder. The did not ship the Master Cylinder. Shipping was reasonable and they got it out in a decent amount of time. But again, do not use the picture as a reference.
