    From the picture of the item, was led to believe it would be in factory packaging. It was not. Item did not have a serial number , nor did it come with the electrical connectors. The power supply, however, was operational. Was also led to believe the item would ship out of Florida. It did not. It shipped from California, with the seller being located in Hong Kong.

    Horrible customer service, purchased a part and didnt get it until 2 weeks later through two different shipment. They say the part is US stock when in reality is coming from ASIA (I have no problem with being shipped from China or Hong Kong or wherever), just be honest and say the part is not in stock in the US. DONT LIE TO CUSTOMERS.
