    Item as described. Well packaged. Shipping took a little longer than expected. I was under the assumption that the computer had a WIFI card installed. It was actually shipped with a wifi dongle that plugs into a USB port. Overall very satisfied with the transaction. Computer works as advertised. Thanks

    The item came in as described, but unfortunately there was a week delay from USPS and I have to return the item. Came working and as described and the seller was quick to respond to the lost item case and get updates from USPS. Will buy from them again, not their fault that USPS had a major delay!

    Ordered item Aug 16th, was suppose to arrive by Aug. 26. A shipping label was printed out so I could track shipping progress. Was never picked up. Contacted shipper around Aug. 22 and they said they were going to print out a new shipping label. Have no idea if that actually happened since I only have 1 shipping label number to track. At this point I would prefer to get a refund than to wait and wait and wait until the problem on their end is resolved..
