  The shipping was reasonable. packaging was good. The product was as described. The blade is dull. Fiskars has a lifetime warrenty on all their products. If I had the original item number for this product, I could contact Fiskars and get a new blade. It was not provided. I do not think the seller has any knowledge about Fiskars warrenty. If they did, they could have gotten their own replacement blade instead of selling it on eBay.

  I received my D-40A water filter in fine shape and well packaged in a saltine cracker box! YAY! I love crackers too. But there weren't any crackers in it. :-) I'm very glad to get a water filter at a great price.
