    Great experience with this seller and the SOTO item. Seller did a great job of communicating. Package was safely boxed and arrived ahead of predicted delivery date. Used it almost immediately. Handles are easy to navigate. Balanced well during cooking. Monitor when on heat source and closed, and you’ll get a perfectly done toasted sandwich! Occupies a small footprint when not in use. Cleans up easily after use. Recommend highly.

    Exactly as described with extras. It arrived one day later than the forecast delivery date. Tracking was not available until one week before delivery, three weeks after order was placed. I had to pay £60.68 import tax. None of the negatives were the fault of the seller who I would not hesitate to use again but annoying all the same.

    Item was packaged safe and secure and was delivered with multiple layers of protection. Figure was in new and fantastic condition as advertised. Recommend seller for future purchases. Only gripe was the shipping time which took some time, but I was in no rush.

    Seller was fast to communicate the item was incorrect for the listing and immediately refunded without question. great seller, honourable and transparent, lesser ebay sellers would have just sent the incorrect item. Excellent ebay seller and recommended.
